The comment below was posted as a reply to an earlier blog on the 8th of Jan. I am really glad that the wife of one of the team has taken the time to have a read:
"As a member of the public and a wife of a member of your police force, I would just like to say what a brilliant job they do. They have to attend incidents which could put their lives in danger and it is a thankless job. I am very proud of my husband for the thankless jobs that he has done and will keep doing."
Not many people know the level of commitment that is being shown by people in the police. Police wives, husbands, partners and families do. If any harm befalls officers everyone states how heroic and dedicated they were, we have the priviledge of knowing it and seeing it on a daily basis. Thank you for the support you give to the force, through the support you give to your loved one. You can be assured that through their work they are making a real difference.
